JULIA presents Channel Five's new travel series The Rough Guide to ... every Thursday at 7.30pm. The series leaves no stone unturned in discovering the world’s top destinations. From high-end luxury to off-the-beaten track, with destinations to suit all generations and budgets. Julia is currently filming a new series for both Rough Guide ‘Ultimate’ & Rough Guide Series II. Both are due for transmission on Channel Five in the autumn 2008 / winter 2009.
Five commissioned The Rough Guide to ..., a fifteen-part series produced by Lion Television and presented by Julia. With the insightful and inspirational appeal synonymous with the Rough Guide. Every week the programme will explore the top five destinations in a number of holiday categories – such as most responsible holiday destinations.
There are thorough investigations into worldwide travel destinations which exposes holidays that fail to live up to the hype – essential information for every savvy traveller.
